What I Tweeted, 2012-02-05 Edition

February 5, 2012 by krisis

My tweets of the last week:

  • We seem to have discovered that the upper limit of bass playing I can do in a day is about four hours…but that was four really rockin' hours #
  • Good morning! So far I have been accosted by a neighbor and subsequently missed my trolley by a minute. I refuse to have THAT Monday, darnit #
  • @LeighBryan This situation is ridiculous! Once you get new visas if you ever stop by to destroy Philadelphia I will take you out for a drink #
  • Poor planning of a design asset on your part does not constitute a communications and design emergency on my part. (Well, SHOULD not…) #
  • @arianna I think it's sad that our taxes & investigative power served to unjustly detain two adults who simply wanted to party in the US. in reply to arianna #
  • Good morning! #
  • @Nicole_Brewer I usually get on Twitter to say "good morning" and remind myself I'm not the only one off to a slow start ;) in reply to Nicole_Brewer #
  • @jeffpulver Good morning, Jeff! I hope all is well in your world. in reply to jeffpulver #
  • @jeffpulver Not every day can be the best day. I hope you get much good cheer and opportunity from your juggling act ;) in reply to jeffpulver #
  • @sarahcooley Good morning! How's it going? in reply to sarahcooley #
  • Heading to the far 'burbs (far for me, anyway) to meet on a new co-marketing project. Cool stuff that I'll be chatting up when it arrives! #
  • @jennlyn81 Just out to Wayne/Devon, but that's a hike for me! Even in the 'burbs I remain a city boy at heart. in reply to jennlyn81 #
  • @alejoplay I'm always very impressed that you meditate regularly in the morning. For me I think that would become a nap. in reply to alejoplay #
  • @jennlyn81 Aww, if I had the car for it I'd say we should meet up for lunch! Next time I have to come out, for sure. in reply to jennlyn81 #
  • @jennlyn81 I'm like, where the hell am I? This could be Iowa, as far as I know. Like when I drove to Chadd's Ford. Nearly died in a ditch. in reply to jennlyn81 #
  • @brimil Always cool when other people on a project are as crazy enthusiastic as I am about everything ;) in reply to brimil #
  • @jennlyn81 Actually, we could seriously use some help on burbs booking from an expert, need to chat you up on email later today! #
  • @brimil a little more dangerous on a project where every new greatest hit is a valid idea to pitch in reply to brimil #
  • @jennlyn81 If I see more than one live animal cross the road I assume I am going to die alone in the middle of a field. Which I almost did. in reply to jennlyn81 #
  • @sarahcooley understood. I usually get super sick around this time of year, so i'm keeping my head down and eating my vitamins. in reply to sarahcooley #
  • @brimil You and JRollins. Philly glitterati. in reply to brimil #
  • I love that Kristen Bell is trending nationally right now pretty much for being the most adorable, emotionally-unstable geek on the planet. #
  • @SiDawson Her words: "If I'm not between a 3 and a 7 on an emotional scale, I'm crying" Also: sloths. http://t.co/2JG8pX7d in reply to SiDawson #
  • Today kicks off my healthy blogging for @ibx! RT @ibxhealthysteps Get to know our newest blogger @krisis http://t.co/BZSZvIjP #walkthetalk #
  • @SiDawson And then Kristen is totally shattered that there is not in fact the cutest sloth back stage. Aww. in reply to SiDawson #
  • I have tamed my OCD Godzilla enough to write w/my esteemed blog team @ibxhealthysteps, but now I hear they want to take my headshot. Oh dear #
  • (I don't think they understand how fussy I am about my headshots. There is a reason you only ever see photos of me from my wife & @mikeyil ) #
  • Fussiness is part of my story @ http://t.co/e2W32Ma0 Thought I wasn't cool or attractive enough for the gym, which was a reason to avoid it! #
  • Thanks to @ibxhealthysteps & fit friends like coblogger @saranmatthews I realized just wanting to be healthy made me cool enough for the gym #
  • Now I like who I am @ the gym even if I look a little silly while I'm doing some of my yoga, Zumba, cardio box, & boot camp. OK: a LOT silly #
  • An amazing flurry of a day on my top secret co-marketing project, @ibxrun10, and @ibxhealthysteps! Now to edit a post for my own blog! Life! #
  • I have a new song, written in A. It does not work at all for me in A. Unfortunately, I can't seem to sing the melodic leaps in another key. #
  • @tangofoxtrot I'm such a perfectionist, I felt like I had to be GRACEFUL. Instead, I learned I'm actually kinda lanky, when it comes to gym! in reply to tangofoxtrot #
  • I know I'm 5yrs late, but Margot at the Wedding was awful. What is with pointless indie movies w/ irresponsible parents & sexualized kids? #
  • Oh: Same director as the equally terrible Squid & The Whale. At least that particular weirdness is contained to one terrible director. Next. #
  • @the_Vanes Margot actually had some good bits of acting. He'd be a good direct with someone else's script. in reply to the_Vanes #
  • Find a second to reconnect today. I had the chance to catch up with a old colleague on the El, and it made my morning a good one. #
  • @amanda_nan Right? I just want him to croon one entire song, one time. It's bound to happen on one of his campaign stops. in reply to amanda_nan #
  • @jcpenney I like the re-branding and honesty on pricing and policies. Good job, guys. in reply to jcpenney #
  • Dealing with a lot of roadblocks to the productive day I had planned, but they are only strengthening my resolve. #
  • @brimil Big 1st Friday plans? #
  • @onebabytwomoms Wow, what a post. Having been bullied on many occasions, I really wonder I would handle this w/o overstepping parent bounds. in reply to onebabytwomoms #
  • Good morning! You do you feel about today? #
  • @amandamello Where is said signup to receive these emails? in reply to amandamello #
  • @amandamello (or is this simply a LMGTFY situation? If so, I can handle that on my own ;) in reply to amandamello #
  • This week has been harrowing but awesome. Why can't awesome weeks ever be awesome and non-harrowing? #
  • @thecpmcd I feel like at the end of that day there's teamwork and decisions getting made. Also, I *am* in two awesome rock bands, that helps in reply to thecpmcd #
  • @thecpmcd Oh, good! :) The question marks made me doubt. I don't think I am appropriately acclimated to reading your tone-via-text in reply to thecpmcd #
  • @ilovecharts That's the first step on the path to a robot uprising. in reply to ilovecharts #
  • Good morning, and happy Friday! #
  • I think I just involuntarily growled at a store attendant who sassed @not_pele. He seemed to notice. It was pretty audible. #
  • @Not_Pele @RobIsEvil Sadly, not the usual level of hilarity of bad Cage flicks unless you're especially talented at providing your own MST3K in reply to Not_Pele #
  • The horse in Tangled may be my favorite Disney villain of all time. #
  • @AmyZQuinn I think this is one of the funniest and most subtly empowering Disney Princess movies other than Mulan in reply to AmyZQuinn #
