You know what’s cool? Buying a cd found on sale and then tucking it into the back of your collection so that when you uncover it over a year later it’s like you just got a present from the benevolent god’s of discount discs.

Hmph, when i update this much blogger starts making silly errors like leaving off the entire bottom half of the page. Which, of course, only causes me to update more. Listening to Bowie now, and Matt finally woke up. We were up oh so very late last night, and finally we all went to sleep after a stupor-like check of our email. If only we all could wake up as early every day as Amy does… *sigh*

OKay, time to take some shots. We’ll start general… why do people think their lives are interesting? I mean, i certainly don’t and i still have this thing, so i suppose i should explain myself. I try to tread the line between blog and journal, and i think i do it rather well. I don’t usually remark about every aspect of my day or the people within it, but i do tell about what i’m feeling and how it relates to what i’m typing. So, that’s why i think i deserve to be here. However, some people have sites that are truly journals, that work fine as journals, but are masquerading as general interest blogs. Sure, throw a link in there, it doesn’t fool me. It’s hard to write a pure journal that will keep people hooked … that sorta implies you have either an interesting live or an alluring style of writing. If you have neither, just go rot away on Geocities… oops, you already are…

you sat there as dumb as a dog or cat
just hoping it’s for the best
as if anything ever comes from that
except an apalling mess
driving with one hand on the wheel
(fun bass starts here)
ordering luck with every meal
feeding on hope again, nevermind how small the portion…
