What is the Tigereyes Most Wanted Marvel Omnibus 14th Annual Secret Ballot?

The Tigereyes Most Wanted Marvel Omnibus 14th Annual Secret Ballot is a chance for comic fans across the internet to vote on the omnibuses from Marvel comics they wish could exists on their shelves.

An “omnibus” is a premium quality collected edition that typically includes from 15 to 60 issues of a single character, team, title, creator, or major storyline. The trim size of a Marvel Omnibus is about 7.25″ wide by 10.875″ tall – larger than the dimensions of a comic book or a standard trade paperback.

Tigereyes first launched this poll 14 years ago as a write-in vote from a few hundred forum users. Now it is an internet-wide poll hosted on the Near Mint Condition YouTube channel. Starting with the 11th Annual Poll in 2023, Omar from Near Mint has shared the top vote-getters with the collected editions department at Marvel.

Each year, about a third of the Top 60 placements are printed by Marvel the following year. Is it correlation? Causation? We can’t prove whether the poll influences Marvel or is simply a strong set of predictions, but the ratio has been consistent for years.

Now that the poll receives thousands of votes each year, Tigereyes and the Near Mint Condition team can no longer accept write-in votes. We can wind up with dozens of different write-in titles for just a single run of X-Men!

Instead, the poll now includes an exhaustive list of titles curated by the Near Mint Condition community that represent every gap in Marvel’s 80+ years of publishing. Our Mapping Minties have researched Marvel history from the 1939 to the present day to list over 600 potential titles that account for the vast majority of Marvel Comics history comics that has never been comprehensively collected in omnibus format. From uncollected runs to magazines to licensed properties, we’ve got it all – including many books requested by voters in 2025.

How to vote on the Tigereyes Most Wanted Marvel Omnibus Poll

Voting on the poll opened on March 22, 2026 after a kickoff stream reviewing all of the poll options on Near Mint Condition co-hosted by yours truly!

You can vote right now! Each voter can select up to 10 of their most-wanted omnibuses. Their #1 pick will get 10 points, their #2 pick will get 9 points, and so on – down to just 1 point for their final pick.

Voting will end on March 31, 2026.

After the poll closes, Near Mint’s pollmaster bffnut will tabulate the results, which will be announced on stream in early April.

Voting Options on the Tigereyes Most Wanted Marvel Omnibus Poll

Trying to pick 10 omnibuses from over 600 titles is a huge undertaking. Even if you already have a good idea of your Top 10 most-wanted runs, figuring out where they are in the poll dropdown can be extremely challenging – especially on a smaller screen. Plus, you might have a run that you aren’t sure how we might title on the poll.

To help you prepare for your vote, all of the titles from the poll are listed below on his page. You can scroll through the alphabetical list of titles exactly as it appears on the poll (or, once you expand the titles, simply CTRL-F down the list to find your favorite). As I create posts for each line of books and their mapping, you can also review the titles paired with in-depth explanations of every volume.

If you don’t see a title you want to vote for, leave a comment here or on the announcement stream. Krisis, Omar, & the rest of the team will try to help you find what you were looking for – or, we’ll add it to the list for 2027 if it wasn’t covered by our research this year.

If there was no natural breaking point for a book or run, we simply said “(YEAR & on)” in the title to indicate the line would continue. That prevents voters from splintering votes across multiple titles rather than focusing them all on one book that would continue a line.

Example: The poll includes one omnibus for Avengers by Jason Aaron Vol. 1. It obviously cannot fit into a single volume and ends after the second volume, but we don’t know exactly where it would break and Marvel would likely not release a second volume before the first.

Example: The poll includes an “X-Men: Magneto War” volume even though the volume directly before it does not exist. That omnibus is not a “Volume 2.” It is self-contained enough that it could be released out of order without a preceding volume.

Example: For Black Widow, there are so many options to collect her material from 1999 and onward. We’ve simply listed that as “Black Widow: The Modern Years Vol. 1 (1999 & on)” rather than try to insert artificial breaks that people might not agree with or that would splinter votes across multiple books. The same is true for Moon Knight from 2011 to 2021, Deadpool from 2018 to present, and several other characters with short consecutive runs.
